It was the conference that brought together the Estonian expert Siim Sikkut, a consultant to many governments on reform issues in digital services and innovation, with some of the Albanian institutions that have an impact on digitalization and students of other benefactors of digitalization in public services and especially in the financial sector .
The National Authority on Electronic Certification and Cyber Security at this event presented the regulatory framework that approximates the directive of the European Union, for electronic identification and trusted services, with the aim of increasing the safe use of public services and the possibility of expanding safe services from the private sector.
