The Director of the National Cyber Security Authority, Mr. Igli Tafa, welcomed the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Albania, Mr. Anar Huseynov, in a meeting that focused on exploring opportunities to enhance bilateral cooperation in the field of cybersecurity.
During the meeting, both sides emphasized the importance of information exchange between respective agencies, the protection of critical infrastructures — including the gas, oil, and the TAP pipeline sectors — as well as the development of capacities for securing OT/SCADA systems within the energy sector.
The parties expressed their readiness to continue dialogue and identify concrete avenues of collaboration aimed at strengthening digital security and safeguarding strategic infrastructures.
