Training non-technical staff about “Phishing” attacks and ways to avoid infection from them.

As part of the initiatives to strengthen the culture of digital security in educational institutions, the National Authority for Cyber ​​Security (AKSK) held a training on “Protection of personal data and cybersecurity” at the Faculty of Foreign Languages ​​of the University of Tirana.

The activity aimed to increase the knowledge and awareness of academic and auxiliary academic staff on information protection, respect for the legal framework and management of risks arising from cyberspace.

In this context, AKSK expert Ervis Qose presented concrete practices for the safe use of technology, identification of digital threats and the importance of respecting standards for the protection of personal data.

During the session, interactive discussions were held on the challenges related to security in the academic environment and ways to build a sustainable approach to cybersecurity.

This collaboration constitutes a further step in AKSK’s commitment to education, awareness and capacity building in the field of cybersecurity, as part of efforts to build a more secure and responsible digital ecosystem in Albania.
