During his speech, the Director of NCSA, Igli Tafa, emphasized the importance of the new legal framework of cyber security that includes advanced methodologies for risk identification and management. He also mentioned the upcoming Open Banking project, an initiative that aims to modernize the financial sector and support financial operators through improved legislation. These measures represent an important step towards a more secure and stable digital infrastructure in Albania.
Mr. Tafa also emphasized the need for cooperation with vocational schools and universities to create programs that equip young people with professional skills, contributing to capacity building and filling existing gaps in the field of cyber security. He pointed out that NCSA Academy is a priority for providing new education and training opportunities for young talents.
