Cyber Incident Reporting and Management in Focus of the Training with Critical and Important Information Infrastructures

As part of the ongoing program of weekly meetings with critical and important information infrastructures, the latest session was held focusing on “Cyber Incident Reporting and Management.”

The training was centered on strengthening timely reporting mechanisms, clarifying communication chains and inter-institutional coordination, as well as structuring the incident management process from initial detection to full system recovery. Through practical discussions, emphasis was placed on the importance of documentation, post-incident analysis, and identifying measures to prevent the recurrence of similar events.

Within the framework of this session, a cyber drill was also conducted, designed as a simulation of a real-life cyber incident scenario, tailored to the needs and specificities of the participating infrastructures. This exercise aimed to test response procedures, enhance coordination among stakeholders, and strengthen practical capacities in incident management.

This meeting, supported by the DCAF, contributes to increasing the operational readiness of infrastructures and consolidating a unified approach to responding to cyber incidents.
