The Open Working Group on the Security and Use of Information and Communication Technologies of the United Nations, after lengthy negotiations and the resolution of significant disagreements on key issues, has adopted by consensus the Third Progress Report (APR). This achievement marks an important moment in global efforts to foster cooperation and improve cyber security capabilities. NCSA was an active part of this effort and presented Albania’s position in these negotiations, which took place on July 8-12, 2024.
