From 23 to 26 September 2024, in Heraklion, Greece, the meeting of FESA – ECATS and ENISA was organized, with the participation of representatives of the member states of FESA and the EU.
The meeting included presentations from the European Commission, ENISA and FESA, focusing on the innovations of the eIDAS 2 regulation for trusted services and the importance of interaction between member states for the use of the European Digital Identity portfolio. The importance of the link between trusted services and cyber security under the NIS2 Directive was also highlighted.
