Albania joined NATO allies and European Union member states as the 36th member of the European Center of Excellence Against Hybrid Threats.
The National Authority for Cyber Security was represented by Mrs. Esmeralda Kazia, Director, Monitoring and Incident Response Directorate at the SOC C-SIRT Operational Center in Helsinki.
