Helsinki – Hybrid CoE Steering Board

Albania was welcomed as a new Participating State in the CoE, joining the organization in June 2024. Noting its priorities against hybrid threats, Albania stressed the importance of cybersecurity & stability in the Western Balkans. Albania expressed its readiness to contribute to the work of the CoE & to cooperate with the Participating States.

Vienna – International Cyber Diplomacy

Sarajevo – 9th Regional Security Coordination Conference

On 7-8 November, NCSA participated in the “9th Regional Security Coordination Conference in the Western Balkans”, held in Sarajevo. During the conference, the importance of confronting cyber threats and strengthening regional cooperation was discussed. The event focused on sharing experiences and the support that regional and international organizations provide to member countries.

Geneva – ITU-D Study Group 2

As part of its international engagement, NCSA represented Albania for the first time at the ITU-D Study Group 2 meeting, held on 11-12 November 2024 in Geneva. During the meeting, the study on the question “Securing information and communication networks – Best practices for developing a cybersecurity culture,” entitled: “Creating a more secure cyber ecosystem in a country: The case of Albania,” was presented.

Ljubljana – Crisis Communication

London – NATO Cyber Defence Conference
